Breeze started as a few sketches in the notebook of songwriter, producer, and engineer Josh Korody (from Beliefs). Their sound came together with collaborators and friends Kyle Connolly (from Elk), and Shawn Dell (from Great Bloomers). After a few weeks of rehearsals, the three went into Korody’s Candle Recording Studio in Toronto’s west-end with Josh’s studio partner and producer Leon Taheny (Owen Pallet / Austra / Doomsquad) to record their full length debut. The already stacked line up grew to include bassist Dustin Hawthorne (from Hot Hot Heat / Islands).

Breeze are holding a release party for Dolls @ Toronto’s Holy Oak on Sat. Aug. 24th and will play Halifax Pop Explosion on Fri. Oct. 25th.
