Shoegaze/dream-pop group Cathedral Bells have shared their new single, Heavy Rain. Take a listen via Soundcloud below.
The band’s Matt Messore said about the song, “Sometimes loneliness can feel like it’s raining down on you and there’s such a storm of emotion, you wonder if anyone can understand.”
Heavy Rain is the second single following the Cathedral Bells’ breakout, self-titled EP which drew support from David Dean Burkhart and The Line of Best Fit who likened their sound to, “an exploration of the smudged reds of The Cure, hazy pinks of Chromatics and gluey browns of DIIV.”
