Downtown Boys release new track ‘Lips That Bite’

Downtown Boys

Downtown Boys have released their new track Lips That Bite. The track is a follow-up to the politically charged single A Wall off of their upcoming album ‘Cost of Living,’ which will be out 8/11 via Sub Pop. Listen to Lips That Bite via YouTube below.

The Providence, RI band savagely stand their ground with the new album cut Lips That Bite, now available from the Adult Swim Singles Program.

‘Cost of Living’ is Downtown Boys’ first record for Sub Pop, and the band is using this new platform as a megaphone for their protest music, amplifying and centering Chicana, queer, and Latino voices in the far-too-whitewashed world of rock. The album is at once incendiary, cathartic, and fun, melding the band’s revolutionary ideals with boundless energy.
