Bristol’s IDLES have shared a new song and video – Colossus is a blistering two-part takedown of toxic masculinity, and the video (directed by Will Hooper) features cameos from Stone Cold Steve Austin, Fred Astaire, Evel Knievel, Jesus Christ + more. Watch the video for Colossus via YouTube below.
IDLES self-released their debut album – ‘Brutalism‘ – last year. That record earned them the title of “the UK’s best punk band” from The Guardian, and they were one of the biggest success stories to come out of SXSW this March (“May be the best punk show of its kind I’ve ever witnessed… felt like experiencing something people will be talking about for years to come.” – Austin American Statesmen).
