In The Valley Below share Big Pink & Math Bishop remixes + announce US tour dates

In The Valley Below

In The Valley BelowIn The Valley Below are about to begin a short US tour in February as well as announce the release of a remix collaboration with London electronic group, The Big Pink and LA’s Math Bishop. In The Valley Below have released remixes by both of Neverminders and they are out now. They have shared The Big Pink remix and you can take a listen via Soundcloud below.

The LA duo of Jeffrey Jacob and Angela Gail are debuting a remix of Neverminders from 2014’s ‘The Belt’ in advance of a US tour that sees the band bring their brand gauzy music, with sharp hooks and sing-along choruses alive to the stage. The Big Pink remix of Neverminders re-edits the head snapping single to a textured place not unlike the work of 90s electronic pioneers The KLF, but leaves the crackling trademark synth pads from the original. Somehow, The Big Pink manage to stuff even more hooks into the remix than the original anthemic version does, but maintains the titular chorus shouts from Jacob.

With The Big Pink remix, In The Valley Below are winding up their well-lubricated machine and are ready to get back on the road and bring their brand of contemporary pop music back to their fans.
