{"id":21316,"date":"2016-04-22T11:45:20","date_gmt":"2016-04-22T15:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/?p=21316"},"modified":"2016-04-21T20:01:49","modified_gmt":"2016-04-22T00:01:49","slug":"fews-share-100-goosebumps-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/?p=21316","title":{"rendered":"FEWS share &#8216;100 Goosebumps&#8217; video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Having signed to Play It Again Sam at the end of last year and as a ramp up to the release of their debut album\u00a0&#8216;MEANS&#8217;\u00a0on June 3rd, FEWS share the video for their single\u00a0<em>100 Goosebumps<\/em>.\u00a0You can watch it\u00a0via YouTube below.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tq4koZRX3_8?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-CA&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The video marks the video debut of new bassist Jay and once again sees director \/ animator Alden\u00a0Volney\u00a0team up with FEWS having directed the video for previous single\u00a0<i>The Zoo<\/i>.\u00a0Shot in a derelict and somewhat dilapidated old asylum in East London, the backdrop accompanies a track that has rapidly proven to be a live\u00a0favourite\u00a0with\u00a0Volney\u00a0capturing the frenetic dynamics to create a striking video.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of the video director Alden says:\u00a0<i>&#8220;I really enjoy working with FEWS. A somewhat improvised affair\u2026. No script, no twist ending or overpopulated set, just the band and a raw energy to translate on screen in an eerily beautiful backdrop, there&#8217;s something about this that just feels right for their soulfully authentic music\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Swedish \/ US quartet have been swift in getting things off the ground, 2016 has already seen a series of rapturously received live shows.
