Trentem\u00f8ller aka Anders\u00a0Trentem\u00f8ller has announced his\u00a0fourth full-length album,\u00a0Fixion.\u00a0<\/em>With ‘Fixion,’ Anders has crafted a logical successor to 2013\u0092’s ‘Lost’\u00a0– a record that in many ways managed to capture the live experience of\u00a0Trentem\u00f8ller\u00a0as a full-band. In much the same manner,\u00a0‘Fixion’\u00a0has embraced the Danish artist\u0092s trademark melancholy and matured into something uniquely melodic and darkly romantic.<\/p>\n

While the new album is scheduled for a September release, the first single \u0093River In Me<\/em>,\u0094 which features\u00a0Jehnny\u00a0Beth of Savages on vocals, will be available from June 24th.<\/p>\n

\u0093”I\u0092’ve been a huge Savages fan since their debut record<\/em>.\u0094” says\u00a0Trentem\u00f8ller. \u0093”I met their producer Johnny Hostile at a festival in Paris and ended up inviting him to support us on our tour.\u00a0Jehnny\u00a0actually tagged along for some of the dates. Afterwards, he dropped me a line and asked me to mix the next Savages record ‘Adore Life’.\u00a0Jehnny, Johnny and I built a real friendship in the process so it felt right to ask her to sing on my album. She has this really intense and unique voice and it ended up being really challenging, and fun, to take that voice out of the Savages\u0092 universe and into mine<\/em>.\u0094”<\/p>\n

\u0093River In Me<\/em>\u0094 will be accompanied by a video by RITON EMENIUS – a new cross-disciplinary collaboration between Swedish director\u00a0\u00c5sa\u00a0Riton\u00a0and Swedish artist Andreas\u00a0Emenius. The duo will create all three videos for the new\u00a0Trentem\u00f8ller\u00a0album, while Andreas\u00a0Emenius will also design the\u00a0album’\u0092s artwork.\u00a0Shot in northern Sweden, \u0093River In Me<\/em>\u0092\u0094 captures an uncanny love story between two girls in a bleak\u00a0winter landscape.<\/p>\n

To support the album release, Trentem\u00f8ller\u00a0and band will play just a few carefully selected shows in intimate venues in Europe and US, before heading out on the big tour in 2017.<\/p>\n
