All US Tour Dates listed below.<\/p>\n<p>In The Red Records\u00a0will be releasing Power&#8217;s debut LP\u00a0&#8216;Electric Glitter Boogie&#8217;\u00a0for the first time in the United States early next year. Originally released via Cool Death in late 2015,\u00a0&#8216;Electric Glitter Boogie&#8217;\u00a0is currently only available in Australia.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F229242384&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&visual=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&color=787574\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Power stepped up in 2014 and immediately earned comparison to Melbourne\u0092s Coloured Balls (Lobby Loyde), sharing the edge of menace in their affection for boogie rock and the air of familiarity with relentless live performances twitching and sweating it out in the greasy confines of the inner city pub.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Electric Glitter Boogie&#8217;\u00a0has the savage drive of Power&#8217;s live sound, the bolts tightened to threadbare, and is carried by a supreme confidence and determination \u0096 knowing when and where to let songs relax or to kick it into high gear.<\/p>\n<p>Power&#8217;s sound is raw but full &#8212; the trio recorded the songs live with minimal overdubs, and the songs continually disintegrate into white heat guitar noise before slamming back into manic amphetamine lockstep. In 8 songs, Power traverse an entire history of hard rock, electric glitter boogie, thug glam, raw power punk. Strong character. Definite purpose.
