It&#8217;s one of the first songs they\u00a0started playing as a full band and really captures the garage-minimalist sound that&#8217;s expected on the album. Even though it sounds bright and bouncy in melody, the song is a personal reflection on disenchantment in young adulthood. Take a listen to <em>Indifferent<\/em> below.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F286227390&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&visual=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&color=8a8683\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Laughed the Boy began as an\u00a0outlet for honest and unpretentious 90s nostalgia inspired songs. <em>Indifferent<\/em> definitely gives off the early Weezer\u00a0\/\u00a0Pavement\u00a0vibe, which is totally cool with us.\u00a0After writing loads of\u00a0songs, Chris\u00a0brought his\u00a0bedroom project to life when he\u00a0went into the studio with his\u00a0brother Sean to record their EP &#8216;Out of the Blue.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>They then\u00a0added friend and bass player Brennan to the lineup and began playing the songs live.
