The record encapsulates a moment in time; the moment you overcome your fears, take a deep breath and embrace the unknown of a new you, leaving your old self behind.\u00a0\u2018Flourish\u2019\u00a0is about letting go, finding your way forward.\u00a0\u2018Flourish\u2019\u00a0is about rebirth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having met as kids,\u00a0Marta Argenio\u00a0aka\u00a0Silty\u00a0(vocals, bass) and\u00a0Mo Stellato\u00a0(guitar, electronics) performed together in a number of bands and soon started to make inroads in London. Benefitting from a shared musical path, the pair formed The Actions with the intention of creating dark, cinematic slices of music.
