Nation of Language announce some of their biggest shows to date, embarking on a co-headline run with Blonde Redhead this October. The new tour arrives following the recently announced East Coast headline dates and Midwest run with Beach Fossils which is already underway. All of these shows are in support of of their 2023 album, ‘Strange Disciple’ which went on to be named Rough Trade\u2019s #1 Album of The Year last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blonde Redhead will be touring in support of their 2023 album, ‘Sit Down for Dinner’ with both bands alternating who closes the night, Nation of Language closing in Seattle and Portland with Blonde Redhead closing in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ahead of the West Coast run, Nation of Language will also be performing at festivals, co-headlining Field Day Festival and performing at Bonnaroo Festival before returning to Europe for All Points East (UK), End of the Road (UK), Pukkelpop (Belgium), Way Out West (Sweden) and MEO Kalorama (Portugal) amongst others \u2013 tickets on sale for all dates here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the release of ‘Strange Disciple’ in September 2023, Nation of Language have further reaffirmed themselves as \u201cthe best synth-pop band in the world<\/em>\u201d (Paste), from topping Rough Trade\u2019s Top 100 Albums of 2023 to selling out nearly every one of their US, EU and UK tour dates last year, to dominating the radio waves at KCRW (listener-voted Top 10 album), KEXP (listener-voted #2 AOTY), SiriusXMU (\u201cSole Obsession\u201d Top 10 SOTY, \u201cWeak In Your Light\u201d added to Alt Nation) and dozens of college stations across the country, debuting on their first-ever Billboard charts, and earning praise from Pitchfork, Vice, LA Times and many others listed below.
