TAMIW\u2019s dynamic approach\u2014melding electronic beats, bass, hip-hop elements, and rich sampling with analog synths\u2014cements their status as true indie innovators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recording all their music at Hidden Place, their own Osaka-based studio nestled on the quirky grounds of Senjyu-in temple (yes, the one that doubles as an animal cemetery and pet funeral service), TAMIW blends creativity with a touch of the unexpected. The band\u2019s drummer and producer, BON-SAN, even spends his days as a monk conducting animal funerals\u2014a detail that only adds to the band\u2019s intriguing allure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since forming in 2018 with the charismatic Tami leading the charge, TAMIW has never looked back. Their debut album \u2018flower vases\u2019 hit the scene the same year they launched a 20-date US tour in 2019, followed by the sophomore album \u2018future exercise\u2019 in 2020, a standout performance at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ROOKIE A GO-GO in 2021, the EP <em>Floating Girls<\/em> in 2022, and then the 2023 album \u2018Fight For Innocence\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s even more to look forward to\u2014details about \u2018Farewell Party\u2019 and UK tour dates are on the horizon.
