And to sweeten the wait, she\u2019s just dropped a juicy final single, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/usgirls.ffm.to\/nofruit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">No Fruit<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No Fruit<\/em> closes the album with bite. Co-written with guitarist Dillon Watson, it\u2019s a slinky, funk-laced diss track that grooves while it cuts deep. Each single has landed with its own distinct visual universe, from cinematic shorts to dancefloor showcases starring unexpected faces like comedian Tom Henry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full album comes stitched together with threads of country, gospel, disco, garage, folk, and soul \u2014 all recorded live off the floor in Nashville. No laptops. No loops. Just Meg, her band, and the magnetic pull of instinct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, how did we get here? It all started with a festival invite in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Instead of flying solo, Remy called up Nashville guitarist Dillon Watson to assemble a one-off band. The chemistry was undeniable, so they hit record. In just ten days at a Nashville studio, with a band including Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs), Domo Donoho on drums, harmonica legend Charlie McCoy (yes,&nbsp;<em>that<\/em>&nbsp;Charlie McCoy), and key players Jo Schornikow and Tina Norwood,&nbsp;<em>Scratch It<\/em>&nbsp;was born. Minimal overdubs. Maximum vibe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With twenty years of genre-bending under her belt, Remy makes bold choices look easy.
