!!! have shared their latest single One Girl\/One Boy<\/em>, which is lifted from their new album ‘THR!!!ER’ due out on April 30. This track is a follow up to the sample-based Slyd<\/em>, and you can listen via YouTube below.<\/p>\n

While working on the album in Austin with Jim Eno of Spoon, the band knew that they wanted a diva level singer for this song and Eno\u00a0suggested Sonia Moore, who had previously toured with MC Hammer\u00a0as a singer and dancer\u00a0for two and half years. \u201cWe knew she had sang with MC Hammer and Rafael [Cohen, bassist] kept singing the “hey hey” part from \u201cToo Legit To Quit\u201d and we were wondering if that was who was really coming by. That was basically the first thing we asked her and she said, “Hey, Hey. Yeah, that’s me”.<\/p>\n

To coincide with the album\u2019s release, they\u2019ll be performing in Europe, which includes a stop at All Tomorrow’s Parties, before heading back to the US for a full tour which kicks off on May 16th in Cambridge, MA\u00a0– see dates below.<\/p>\n
