The track is titled <em>Meditations<\/em> and is a super uptempo, sing-along friendly with the chorus bursting into repetitive chanting of &#8220;destruction&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>FADER premiered the track this week, saying &#8220;it comes and goes like a tornado, but &#8230; [they] still find room for moments of grace, like the beautifully wilting, tremolo-ing guitar solo that occurs mid-way though.&#8221; It&#8217;s a bold force with dynamic beauty &#8211; a theme that pulses throughout &#8220;Forever&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Take a listen to <em>Meditations<\/em> via Souncloud below.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"81\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F98852749&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&visual=false&show_comments=false&show_user=false&show_reposts=false&color=87817d\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><code><!--more--><\/code><\/p>\n<p>Frontman Andreas Lagerstr\u00f6m (vocals\/bass) and Anton Strandberg (drums) still live in working class Farsta, 5 miles (8 kilometers) south of urbane and metropolitan Stockholm while the brothers\u2019 Spetze (Anton: vocals\/guitar, Filip: synth) still live at home. This isolation and boredom after their first international tours led the group to further mature and grow their sound into a record far more cohesive and \u201cbig-sounding\u201d than their debut. The band aimed to capture the feeling of music being played in a church or temple, \u201clike a mass\u2026procession, or eulogy\u201d as clearly demonstrated on closing track <em>Lay Us Down<\/em>. Though matured and experienced, the band\u2019s youthful energy and DIY\/Punk upbringing is still upfront and in full effect with the caustic <em>A Sacred State<\/em>, the melodic attack of <em>Rush<\/em>, or the unbridled mass-of-energy-cut-loose of <em>A Blaze on the Hillside<\/em>.
