Ninja Tune announces 25th anniversary warehouse party

Ninja Tune has announced Bonobo will headline a warehouse party in Los Angeles on November 21 as part of the Ninja Tune 25 event series this autumn. Billboard announced the event this week and spoke with label co-founder Matt Black of Coldcut and Jamie Collinson, head of Ninja Tune North America.

The night will also feature Sepalcure (fellow Ninja Tune artist Machinedrum in collaboration with Braille) and Eamon Harkin of New York’’s Mister Saturday Night alongside some very special guests TBA. Taking place in a rarely used multi-room warehouse space, the night will see a number of interactive and experiential features, including visuals by Strangeloop. The secret location will be announced to ticket buyers week of show.

This one-off show is an extension of Ninja Tune’s 25th anniversary celebrations throughout the year. The series includes a showcase at Amsterdam Dance Event, three shows in London (featuring Leon Vynehall, Dean Blunt, Actress, King Midas Sound vs Fennesz & many more), and another gig inside the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery’s Masonic Lodge with The Bug, Earth, Liz Harris of Grouper and William Basinski taking place on December 11.
