Outblinker announce tour dates + release live session

Outblinker

Following on from their critically acclaimed EP release, Scottish experimental band Outblinker are set to embark on a series of live dates throughout Europe. To celebrate the announcement the band have released a live session of the track Kurt Gödel – watch it via YouTube below.

In November the band set off on a four week long European tour, visiting France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland to promote their highly successful EP release ‘The Remains of Walter Peck’. The record picked up support from the likes of SPIN who premiered the free download track Farrokh Bulsara and described it as a “Frankenstein-like musical creation”, The Line Of Best Fit who premiered the video for title track Walter PeckClash who excusively streamed the EP and The Skinny who scored the record 4/5.

To kick start Outblinker’s long list of live dates, the band will first be performing at UnderDog Festival on Union Street in Aberdeen on Saturday 20th August with Civil Elegies, Seas and Starry, followed by an appearance at Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival performing on the Tolbooth Stage on Sunday 21st August with the likes of Blanck Mass, Vasa, Kathryn Joseph, Hector Bizerk and Suuns also scheduled to perform.

Outblinker will be debuting a number of new tracks taken from their forthcoming debut album recorded with Ben Power (Fuck Buttons / Blanck Mass) scheduled for release in early 2017. You can catch Outblinker live at:

Underdog Festival – 20th August
Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival – 21st August
