The Snakebites stream new album ‘Blue Curse #2’

Seattle’s The Snakebites have just released their 2nd full-length album ‘Blue Curse #2′ via Wiener Records on vinyl, cassette, CD and digitally. After a 7 year hiatus, this is The Snakebites’ first release in 10 years. To celebrate the release, the band have popped a stream of the entire album up on Soundcloud for your listening pleasure. Take a listen to this dirty, little rock’n’roll kick in the pants  below.

‘Blue Curse #2’ was recorded and mixed in Seattle, WA by Tom Meyers (Prom Queen) at Ground Control Studio and mastered by Adam Preston Cissell in Roslindale, MA at Guv Studios. The album crosses genres mixing garage rock & roll with country music. In the seven year break singer/guitar play Skky Phoenix and Starr Harris drummer/backing vocalist have refined their craft. ‘Blue Curse #2’ is full of songs that will make your toes tap and have you singing along.

Tonight (4/23), they’re holding their record release show in Portland at The World Famous Kenton Club with Prom Queen, Slutty Hearts & Laura Palmer’s Death Parade. See the show flyer below and you can get more info on the event Facebook page.
