Are you buried under clutter and have too much stuff in your place? Toronto’s on-demand storage service SpaceWays today launched a social media contest that will help Torontonians reclaim their space. From Monday, January 12 until Friday, January 30 Toronto-based Twitter users are invited to share photographs of their cramped condos, apartments or offices tagging @SpaceWaysCanada and the hashtag #SaveMySpaceTO. Each week a winner will be chosen to receive three months of free storage from SpaceWays.
“With more and more Torontonians living in small condos and working from offices without an abundance of storage space, we want to offer those struggling a chance to try SpaceWays and see how simple and effective it is!” said Rob Rebholz, co-founder of SpaceWays. “We know just how valuable space can be in a growing city and we want to make living and working with limited storage space more comfortable with our service.”
It is easy to enter the contest. If you are living in Toronto, simply tweet a photo of the most cramped space in their home or office to @SpaceWaysCanada, tagging #SaveMySpaceTO. Winners will be announced on the SpaceWays Canada Twitter page every Friday.
More about SpaceWays? SpaceWays provides customers with large heavy-duty boxes (delivered for free) to store their belongings. Customers simply go to www.spaceways.ca to coordinate. Then the SpaceWays team picks up those boxes (for free) and brings them to the storage location just outside of the city, eliminating the hassle of the customer having to bring items to a remote self-storage location. Boxes can be returned to the customer for a fixed fee of $19, irrespective of how many boxes are returned, and delivery can be arranged for a convenient time for the customer. Storage of one box is $6.90 per month, with a three month minimum payment per box. Bulky goods such as bicycles vary in price depending on the item. There are no hidden fees or complicated contracts. The company works with professional drivers to provide reliable customer service and ensure the safe handling of all items, which are then stored in SpaceWays’ storage facilities just outside Toronto.
