Portland rock band Summer Cannibals have released their 3rd full-length LP, ‘Full Of It,’ via Kill Rock Stars. They also made their national television debut on Last Call with Carson Daly, performing Full Of It and Simple Life – just click the links to see the performances.
Led by guitarist/vocalist Jessica Boudreaux and aided by a powerhouse rhythm section of drummer Devon Shirley, bassist Jenny Logan and guitarist Marc Swart, the eleven songs spark with that perfect mix of snotty attitude, unbounded energy, and window rattling volume. On ‘Full Of It,’ the four musicians keep their collective foot on the gas pedal. An immediate earworm of distorted guitar, growling bass and irresistible vocal licks, the album is available to stream with Ladygunn Magazine.
‘Full Of It’ was recorded at analog recording studio The Dock with producer Chris Woodhouse (Thee Oh Sees, Wild Flag), the LP is one of those massive leaps forward that has defined the Summer Cannibals sound.
