Today, The Tiny Record Shop launched its latest vinyl exhibition celebrating the highly collectible recordings of The Smiths and Morrissey. The shop will have a wide array of original LPs, 12″s and 7″s on display and for sale – swoon! I wish I could buy a whole bunch of these little beauties. Here’s The Queen Is Dead to get you in the mood.
The Tiny Record Shop is owned by Trevor Larocque and his partner Maude Fallon-Davesne. As residents of Toronto’s “East End,” they wanted to contribute to their neighbourhood in the same way that Larocque’s acclaimed record label Paper Bag Records did in the early 2000’s. Located at 804 Queen Street East in Toronto’s Riverside/Leslieville community, The Tiny Record Shop caters to the city’s music lovers with a curated selection of new and vintage vinyl from around the world.
The Tiny Record Shop boasts a selection of essential vinyl releases from the 1950’s through to this week’s newest sounds. The shop’s selection will impress fans of country, soul, reggae, blues, classic and indie rock alike.
