Toronto’s TURF (Toronto Urban Roots Festival) has added The Pixies as Sunday-night headliners. Also added to the bill are Heartless Bastards, Jim Bryson, Hop Along and Kitty, Daisy & Lewis. TURF has also added an acoustic stage to TURF Kids Area with programming all day on Saturday and Sunday including children’s performers Rattle & Strum and Kathy Reid-Naiman. The TURF 3 day pass is the best way to experience the festival with in and out privileges and a cost saving equivalent of getting one free day of TURF. Early bird pricing for 3 day passes ends tomorrow (June 10).
Some of the 2015 artists will also do double duty by playing TURF’s Club Bonus Series happening September 16-22. Artist announcements for TURF Club Bonus Series will be made in early July giving the opportunity to catch artists twice.
A very limited number of TURF VIP PLUS passes on sale, which guarantee entry into TURF’s Club Bonus Series, TURF’s Preview Club Series Shows as well as VIP Front and Side of stage access at the festival. More Club Bonus Series show will be announced on July 6 and July 21.
