New Album ‘Ten Crowns’ out May 2nd
North American tour dates announced

Andy Bell is back and he’s bringing major pop magic. The Erasure frontman unveiled his stunning new single and video, Heart’s A Liar, featuring none other than Debbie Harry herself. The track is lifted from Andy’s upcoming solo album, ‘Ten Crowns,’ dropping May 2nd via his own Crown Recordings label — available in vinyl (white, oxblood, and picture disc flavors), CD, gold cassette, and all your favourite digital spots.

The video for Heart’s A Liar is a cinematic heartbreaker — Andy drifts through a moody, once-glorious mansion, singing to the ghosts of a love that once was. It’s lush, it’s intimate, and when Andy sings “Your heart’s a liar liar liar…” you feel it in your soul.

Debbie Harry — yes, that Debbie Harry — lends her unmistakable voice to the track. “To have Debbie Harry singing with me – I still can’t quite believe it,” Andy says. The song is Andy’s reimagining of a track by Luciana (a longtime Dave Audé collaborator), now transformed into a shimmering duet about two lovers tangled in their own beautiful disaster. Debbie recorded her parts on Gay Pride, because of course she did.

Heart’s A Liar follows the earlier singles Don’t Cha Know, Dance For Mercy, and Breaking Thru The Interstellar, giving a killer preview of Ten Crowns — a dazzling collection of electronic, gospel-tinged pop songs crafted with Grammy-winning producer and longtime collaborator Dave Audé.

Andy and Dave’s musical chemistry is off the charts — they first teamed up for U.S. dance chart-toppers like Aftermath (Here We Go) and True Original, and that spark has only gotten brighter. With Dave now based in Nashville, their sound picked up a little Southern spirit: big emotion, bigger hooks, all delivered with Andy’s unmistakable voice.

Despite the gospel influences, ‘Ten Crowns’ is anything but a solemn affair. It’s a vibrant celebration of survival, resilience, and joy. “This album’s about picking yourself up, dusting yourself off, and embracing life,” Andy says. It’s fearless, fierce, and fully alive — just like him.

For Andy, ‘Ten Crowns’ marks a new chapter in a career that’s already been packed with them. “It’s my third (sort of) solo album — and in Erasure, our third record was our breakout, so I’m carrying that energy forward!” he adds.
