Cast are having a moment — and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. Fresh off a massive run supporting Oasis across the UK and Ireland, the Britpop legends have dropped a brand-new video for their single Way It’s Gotta Be (Oh Yeah), packed with live footage from the stadium tour.

Watch the video below.

The track reunites Cast with soul powerhouse P.P. Arnold, who also appeared on their recent hit Poison Vine — one of the biggest UK airplay successes of their career. This new single blends psychedelic funk, soul, and swagger, with Arnold’s soaring vocals perfectly countering John Power’s warm, unmistakable voice. It’s Cast at their most alive — a sound that’s both nostalgic and newly charged.

“You’re told all your life this is the way it’s gotta be, when deep inside you know that’s just not true,” says Power. “The song’s about walking your true walk and speaking your true talk.”

Back in the U.S. after nearly three decades

For the first time in 29 years, Cast are heading back to the U.S. Beginning this weekend, they’ll join Oasis as special guests for massive stadium shows in New Jersey (Aug 31 & Sept 1) and Los Angeles (Sept 6 & 7). In between, they’re headlining Sony Hall in New York on Sept 3, and hopping onstage with The Brian Jonestown Massacre in New York(Sept 9) and Philadelphia (Sept 10).

Tickets are available here.

New album ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’ out January 30, 2026

The energy doesn’t stop there — Cast’s new album, ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah,’ arrives January 30th, 2026 via Scruff Of The Neck. Recorded with legendary producer Youth (The Verve, Pink Floyd, Primal Scream) at his Space Mountain studio, the album follows 2024’s acclaimed ‘Love Is The Call,’ which landed the band their highest chart position in nearly 25 years.

Pre-orders are already flying — a limited-edition liquid-filled 12″ vinyl sold out instantly — but you can still grab physical copies, including cornetto-coloured vinyl, classic black vinylCD, and cassette here.
