Frank + Oak Women shoes

Frank + Oak Women shoesFrank + Oak have announced the expansion of their womenswear collection to include a complete line of footwear. Characterized by clean, minimalist silhouettes reimagined in fresh colours, the line includes sneakers, loafers, pumps and espadrilles, with all styles produced in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Offering premium quality at accessible price points, select styles of the collection are available as of March 15, with additional drops throughout the spring.

“Since launching our womenswear line last fall, we have received incredible feedback on the fashion needs and style ethos of our female community,” says Ethan Song, co-founder and CEO of Frank + Oak. “Footwear has a big impact on how individuals express their personal style. Since adding it to the men’s collection, it has become a big part of our brand offering, allowing us to fulfill all of our clients’ wardrobe needs. Bringing this now to our women’s collection completes the line, allowing our customers to create head-to-toe looks.”

The brand’s first-ever women’s footwear line is functional yet stylish – ideal for the entrepreneurial, confident woman whose style reflects her belief that modern fashion doesn’t sacrifice comfort. Inspired by natural textures and vibrant colours, the collection takes a modern approach to classic silhouettes, blending clean lines with cult-hit cuts in a variety of fabrications and colour stories.

The laid back low-top sneaker (Park, $155 CAD, available March 15) features calfskin lining and comes in both staple shades and bold tones, including mint and rose gold. For a look both elevated and casual, turn to the leather loafer (Marina, $125 CAD, available March 29) including classic colorways as well as metallics for that bolder look.

The heels of the collection, featured in either leather or suede, (Gallery Block Heel Pump, $130 CAD and Boutique Classic Pump, $130 CAD, available April 5) make a larger statement with fiery red, lemon, blush and light blue colour ways. Anticipating warmer temperatures, summer styles also make an appearance, including the leather espadrille (Jardin, $120 CAD, available April 5), the leather babouche and suede babouche ($125, available April 12), and leather slip-on sandal ($120 CAD, available April 12).

Frank + Oak’s inaugural womenswear collection targeting independent, passionate and creative women, launched last fall, to the delight of long-time fans who had been requesting a women’s line since the brand’s inception. The footwear collection will be available online and in-store at the Montreal and Vancouver flagship locations. In addition to its in-house styles, Frank + Oak also carries select sneakers from Reebok, Saucony, Asics and Puma. For more information, visit frankandoak.com/women/shoes.
