About Cameron Pretendre Art <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cameron Pretendre is a musician \/ remixer and blogs about new music from around the world on cultureaddicts.com<\/a>. When he decided to pick up a paint brush as another artistic avenue, it was obvious to him that there had to be a musical vein running through all of his artwork. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His creative process: He listens to a track on repeat while creating each piece. The music leads the hand and mind to put paint on the canvas based on what he\u2019s hearing. Each artwork is named for a song title that was listened to during the creative process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He works with acrylics and mostly work on canvas or wood. He also uses various other non-traditional items like sandpaper and alcohol distress things when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
