Birmingham based hip-hop collective,\u00a0The Green Seed, have released\u00a0their new video \u00a0for the track\u00a0Gotchoo,\u00a0<\/em>which was shot on locations around Birmingham and rural parts of Alabama. Directed by\u00a0Petros\u00a0who is well known for his work with\u00a0TV on the Radio, Ellie Goulding,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Foo Fighters, the video radiates an eclectic vibe with psychedelic elements and infectious imagery. Viewers will notice that the 1-800 number (1-844-372-7386<\/a>)\u00a0featured in the video is the same one featured in their late-night\u00a0infomercials<\/a>\u00a0\u2014fans can call and listen to the crazy message and even leave a message of their own. Watch the\u00a0video for a track that is a solid\u00a0throwback \/ head nod to fine 90’s hip-hop like Pharcyde, De La Soul and Black Sheep\u00a0below via YouTube.<\/p>\n

The album is brimming with lyrics of social awareness courtesy of emcees R-Tist and COMPLET, the stabbing attacks of dynamic DJ duo FX and Jeff C, and a lush sound world layered with rich textures and trunk-rattling beats.
