The album features six original songs alongside four reimagined versions of TOBACCO\/Black Moth Super Rainbow tracks.\u00a0The duo shared the atmospheric slow-burner <em>Coastal Cruise &#8217;86<\/em> &#8211; listen to it below via Soundcloud.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F203309716&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&visual=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&color=bab4b2\"><\/iframe>\n<p>Launched in 2011 as an offshoot of their sleazy, acid-electro collaboration as The Red Falcon Projects, High Tides was born out of daydreams of the lavish shores of Southern California, sun-faded memories of yacht rock and a desire to craft their own signature spin on the genres perfected by Boards Of Canada\u00a0and\u00a0Freescha.<\/p>\n<p>Amongst their earliest advocates was\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=001M6DCe_pmL_7ZkzG7AqKtun0gJGsKJoPyC4Siq7no0U7bHl42EYcy3ZZgWOFCIjq0E_GhgUbPGipWxiS5orswc9JtHOLDgk5XhuVr4p2oKrrjRWqnIwKDeGRx4bRW2GoS8B72La2iZ0MEOVVYNeX8vlrVI-8e3bLBjd8YWYzuOnF3c8kJJ8zEaQ==&amp;c=wiB1dvHYKIKbhqYs5GzP3hS3K7B9stvG8opXOutIN27LtVWIPQRWJQ==&amp;ch=av8wS6JPP5gcwEFmcFxx76yPiU5ZsqkLc8SE2Hf8d95CQGl1iPUozA==\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">TOBACCO<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0Black Moth Super Rainbow, who encouraged the duo to further develop their sound.
