Of the track, vocalist\/writer\u00a0Dave Pen\u00a0comments:\u00a0<em>\u201cWe\u2019re all easily manipulated by so many things, be it advertising, religion, love, cults, the things we trust in. Our fears are channelled by the powers that be, but the False Foundations are built on sand and can easily crumble.\u00a0I guess\u00a0that\u2019s ultimately what the song\u2019s about\u2026 Arms raised up the love collective, we\u2019re all heading to the land of pure happiness!\u201d <\/em>\u00a0Watch the video below.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TglgwKoh_Ww?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-CA&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The False Foundation&#8217;\u00a0is the follow-up to last year\u2019s \u2018Restriction\u2019 LP which saw the collective take on a mammoth tour across Europe playing their biggest and most successful shows of their 20 year career, including two nights at the 6,000 capacity Zenith venue in Paris, plus main stage appearances at many of Europe\u2019s major festivals.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the new album, Darius Keeler says: <em>\u201cI think just knowing that we were working on our tenth album made this one feel like a landmark record. Our history as a collective has been a mad journey, we\u2019ve trodden such a strange path to arrive at where we are today, and I think in a way that informed the new record and emboldened us to make what is probably the Archive album that I\u2019m most proud of to date\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Talking about the genesis of the album title Keeler adds: <em>\u201cPeople are going to read in to who or what The False Foundation is, I guess, but they\u2019re going to have to draw their own conclusions. I have my own take on it, let\u2019s just say there are a lot of potential candidates out there in the world today.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Archive recently unveiled previous single <a href=\"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/2016\/09\/03\/archive-unveil-new-track-bright-lights-london-electric-ballroom-show\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Bright Lights<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0as well as\u00a0the LP&#8217;s lead-off track <a href=\"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/2016\/10\/02\/archive-unveil-new-track-false-foundation\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Driving In Nails<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Archive will the touring Europe throughout November, ending the run with a London headline show at Camden&#8217;s Electric Ballroom.
