You can watch the video, which was directed by&nbsp;David Dutton, via YouTube below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NmiXPWBZRMQ?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-CA&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>NRVS&nbsp;LVRS cite acts like Massive Attack, Can, and Kate Bush as influences and their music flirts with caustic electro-pop elements similar to that of The Knife, Bat for Lashes, or Crystal Castles. The dulcet tones of Fernandez&#8217; soaring vocals complimented by Gomez&#8217; low crooning glide over layers of ominous synths, driving guitar, and precise percussion to create compelling electronic soundscapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>San Francisco natives Gomez and Fernandez \u2014 recording as&nbsp;NRVS&nbsp;LVRS&nbsp;since 2014 \u2014 can be found offstage crate digging at Amoeba, cheering on the Warriors, and supporting the Bay Area art scene. The pair&#8217;s 2015 debut LP on Breakup Records, &#8216;The Golden West,&#8217; was praised by SF Weekly as &#8220;crepuscular and opaque, with a grimy layer to it that thinly disguises the vein of pop running through the song[s].&#8221;&nbsp;NRVS&nbsp;LVRS&nbsp;has since opened for acts like Jagwar Ma and Telekinesis and received glowing reviews from PopMatters and Noisey. They spent the summer of 2016 recording &#8216;Electric Dread&#8217; with producer Larry Crane at Jackpot!
