\"CRAFTOpening its doors on Dec. 6, CRAFT Beer Market<\/a> officially taps open its first Toronto location in the city\u2019s Financial District (1 Adelaide St. E.). The new two-storey restaurant houses over 400 seats inside, as well as a 250-person beer garden outdoors opening in summer 2018. The Toronto location features Ontario\u2019s largest selection of craft beers, ranging from local Toronto breweries to well-established classics, in addition to sustainably sourced dishes.<\/p>\n

\u201cToronto is such an amazing city with great food, beer and culture, and we\u2019re so excited to be a part of this community and the growth of the craft beer scene,<\/em>\u201d said PJ L\u2019Heureux, president and founder of CRAFT Beer Market. \u201cWe\u2019re passionate about supporting the local communities we\u2019re a part of, whether it\u2019s through neighborhood breweries or local farms. Upon entrance, guests are greeted by a glass-enclosed keg room, which holds more than 250 kegs. Stainless steel draft beer lines connect the keg room to the restaurant\u2019s centrepiece \u2013 an oval-shaped bar lined with 160 taps ready to pour great beer \u2013 traditional lagers to obscure ales, ciders and wine.<\/p>\n

In addition to its wide selection of beers, CRAFT is committed to preparing fresh food using locally-sourced ingredients. The menu offers an elevated and sophisticated take on traditional comfort foods, such as Shrimp Tacos,\u00a0<\/strong>a signature dish grilled with Ocean Wise shrimp and served with fresh cabbage, pico de gallo and CRAFT\u2019s signature house made hot sauce.<\/p>\n

House favourites include CRAFT\u2019s Grilled West Coast Salmon, served with quinoa, almonds and green beans saut\u00e9ed with chili garlic vinaigrette. The Dark Beer Braised Beef Brisket, locally sourced Ontario beef from Sanagan\u2019s braised for 10 hours and marinated in CRAFT\u2019s house made sauce and served with smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.<\/p>\n
