Small Sins released their last album, &#8216;Pot Calls Kettle Black,&#8217; in late 2010. D\u2019Arcy has spent the first months of 2012 working on his new solo album, which he says is <em>\u201c[his] best to date.\u201d<\/em> D\u2019Arcy is tentatively calling the new album &#8216;What We Want&#8217; and hopes to release it late this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the Small Sins video for <em>Why Don&#8217;t You Believe Me?<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j-v-UjJE2ss?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-CA&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019Arcy has also been recording cover versions of songs by the legendary 70\u2019s punk group, The Monks. Covers have been recorded of the entire &#8216;Bad Habits&#8217; LP, featuring classic tracks <em>Drugs In My Pocket<\/em>, <em>Nice Legs &#8211; Shame About the Face<\/em> and <em>Love In Stereo<\/em>. The album will feature various Canadian guests rumoured to include Sloan&#8217;s Chris Murphy, Limblifter \/ New Pornographer&#8217;s Kurt and Ryan Dahle, Blurtonia \/ Change of Heart&#8217;s Ian Blurton and Doughboy&#8217;s John Kastner.
