It could easily be a breakup song as much as it is about depression itself\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawn to down tempo, lumbering kind of grooves, Life is Better Blonde\u2019s music is inspired by sonic accidents, broken sounding things and old voice memos. His recent tracks, <em>Strange Organism<\/em> and <em><a href=\"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/life-is-better-blonde-shares-haunting-my-god-is-not-going-to-like-you-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"My God is Not Going To Like You (opens in a new tab)\">My God is Not Going To Like You<\/a><\/em> is the first encounter between Life is Better Blonde and producer Andrei Eremin, whose previous credits include working with Grammy nominated Hiatus Kaiote and Chet Faker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Life is Better Blonde is the result of lost and discovered voice memos, late night musings and discarded production scraps. Taking cues from the likes of James Blake, Arthur Russell and Thundercat, the music is both introverted and deeply personal, while displaying a grit common to glitch and electronica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Releasing his debut EP \u2018Space + Tyres\u2019 in 2017 through Majestic Casual, Life is Better Blonde created instant attention with air play on BBC 1 XTRA and Triple J, and online features with Clash Magazine, Indie Shuffle and Huffington Post among others.
