For their first release with Gezellig Records, they\u2019re offering a shoegaze album called \u2018Linger In Someone\u2019s Memory With A Lurid Glow\u2019. It\u2019s a powerful double album with 10 tracks in each part. The band pulled out all the stops to create twenty songs that encapsulate their appreciation for the shoegaze genre. This quintet has some serious chops when it comes to building sick soundscapes, moody melodies, and wistful vocals. Don\u2019t be intimidated by the length of this album, it doesn\u2019t let up in quality at any point. Stomp Talk Modstone also fits in with contemporaries like Tokyo Shoegazer, Pinkshinyultrablast, <a href=\"http:\/\/cultureaddicts.com\/nothing-share-new-video-for-april-ha-ha\/\" title=\"NOTHING share new video for \u2018April Ha Ha\u2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nothing<\/a>, or Roku Music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gezellig Records will also be selling a limited edition cassette, featuring all twenty tracks of the album. It\u2019s limited to 50 and will be available exclusively through the label\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/gezelligrecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/linger-in-someones-memory-with-a-lurid-glow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bandcamp page<\/a>.<br><br>Throughout the last year, Stomp Talk Modstone found themselves on a variety of DKFM\u2019s playlists. White Light \/\/ White Heat calls the band\u2019s music <em>\u201cdreamlike, reflective yet energetic lit by bright shimmering guitar melodies, bleeding into deep throbbing bassline pulse.\u201d<\/em> Cloudberry Records Blog agreed, saying that Stomp Talk Modstone makes \u201c<em>beautiful pop music with swirling guitars and dreamy and moody melodies.\u201d<\/em><br><br>Stomp Talk Modstone is Takamitsu Kawashima, Naoki Nishino, Kouta Hoshino, Megumu Asai, and Mimu Sano.
