The track is lifted from the forthcoming album &#8216;Human Error&#8217;\u00a0due April\u00a09 via Nowadays Records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Borrowing heavily from fellow French luminaries like Daft Punk and Justice, the pair fuse distorted electro-clash rhythms with references to popular culture, resulting in something entirely new and refreshing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They say: <em>&#8220;The track was born out of a collaboration with Val\u00e8re Amirault (director and animator) and Lili Des Bellons (cartoonist) for their animated video ALMA, of which we have kept the title. \u00a0We wanted to do something different from what is usually done in Science Fiction soundtracks so we took the direction of a very funk track that works well with the colors of the film. It had to sound very organic so we used our analog synths, this is also the only track on the album with a real bass that is practically the main part of the song. These inspirations gave them necessary freedom and limitless curiosity. From Hip Hop to techno with a pinch of French Touch, the duo draw inspiration from their idols (Daft Punk, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, Flying Lotus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More about \u2018Human Error\u2019 <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Human Error&#8217; is an evolving album: a journey that starts in the light and heads towards the darkness. The album was born out of the realisation that the present looks increasingly like a fiction of anticipation in which humanity is guilty of its own loss. The brothers goal is to gently attract those who are not used to listening to &#8220;violent&#8221; music (in terms of rhythms, sounds and words) to spread an important message.
