Being in the\u00a0comfort of our homestudio it allowed us to experiment and look fort that \u2018sparkle\u2019 that made the four of us really excited. Endless was that sparkle: it has guitars, synths, pumping drums and a\u00a0dreamy vocal hook for the chorus. It has a lot of power and melody at the same time, it all fell into place for all what was about to follow.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GOOSE formed two decades ago, but they still sound as\u00a0fresh as ever. A group whose incredible achievements place them at the\u00a0forefront of the crossover between electronic music and rock, the\u00a0Belgian four-piece\u00a0have found renewal by returning home and focussing on the bonds that keep them\u00a0in place. New album \u2018Endless\u2019 is a punchy, dynamic project, packed with energy\u00a0and emotion, one\u00a0that finds GOOSE utilising everything they\u2019ve learned in order\u00a0to fully realise everything they\u2019ve yet to obtain.<br>Four musicians operating on the same wavelength, \u2018Endless\u2019\u00a0has its roots in the raw independence that drives GOOSE. Having released hugely\u00a0successful material on iconic labels such as Skint\u00a0Records and the deeply influential\u00a0!k7 they\u2019ve opted to embrace their freedom and take the independent route via\u00a0their own Safari Records imprint. The label shares the same name as the band\u2019s\u00a0Safari\u00a0studios in their hometown Kortrijk, a hub for free-wheeling experimentation,\u00a0and a place for GOOSE to do what they do best.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Endless\u2019 is the first new album from GOOSE in five&nbsp;years and&nbsp;began as an avalanche of ideas in Safari Studios,&nbsp;before GOOSE opted to bring in French producer Victor le Masne who sat down&nbsp;with the&nbsp;band at their HQ, before inviting them to Motorbass Studios in Paris \u2013&nbsp;one of the most renowned recording hubs in Europe.&nbsp;The decision to include an outside perspective could&nbsp;be what makes&nbsp;\u2018Endless\u2019 such a powerful record. Each note is sharpened, each&nbsp;effect magnified, with Victor le Masne tasked with pushing GOOSE to the next&nbsp;level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Endless\u2019 is a record fuelled by experience, that\u00a0strives toward innocence. GOOSE are a band propelled by their instincts, by what\u00a0Mickael Karkousse terms \u201c<em>some kind of quiet confidence. Don\u2019t talk\u00a0about it too\u00a0much \u2013 just do it! Have confidence in the process, and in each other&#8230; And\u00a0then it\u2019ll be good.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0With an international tour planned, GOOSE are already preparing\u00a0for life beyond COVID.
