Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jonathan Nu\u00f1ez (Torche) at Sound Artillery Studios, the track builds on an atmosphere that\u2019s lush and high energy at the same time. Drawing influence from Swervedriver and Hum, the\u00a0nods to \u201890s grunge-gaze are balanced with big modern melodies that let <em>In Spades<\/em> stand on its own. The band released their debut EP, \u2018Muffler\u2019 in Fall 2021 followed by the EP, \u2018b\u2019 in September 2023, both recorded with Nu\u00f1ez. Throughout their discography, the quintet has built a dynamic sound highlighted by fuzzed out guitars and distortion cut through more tranquil moments.
