The Dandy Warhols and The Black Angels have announced a co-headline tour of the UK and Europe for September and October this year. Tickets will be on sale\u00a0at 9am BST on Friday April\u00a05th from the band’s website\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour follows the release of The Dandy Warhols’ acclaimed new album\u00a0\u2018ROCKMAKER\u2019 which birthed a selection of very special singles including the\u00a0buzz-heavy raw punk of ‘The\u00a0Summer of Hate<\/a>‘, ‘Danzig With Myself’<\/a>\u00a0which featured Pixies’ Frank Black on guitar, the\u00a0acid-rock of ‘I\u2019d Like To Help You With Your Problem<\/a>‘ featuring Slash, and the shadowy\u00a0obsessiveness of ‘I Will Never Stop Loving You<\/a>‘ featuring Debbie Harry. For psych-rock legends The Black Angels, their\u00a0best music has always reflected a wide-screen view of the world back at us, helping distil the universal into something far more personal. Since forming in Austin in 2004, The Black Angels have become standard-bearers for modern psych-rock that does exactly that, which is one of many reasons why the group\u2019s latest album,\u00a0Wilderness of Mirrors<\/em>, feels so aptly named.
