If you thought Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo was done with I\u2019m Not Holy<\/em> \u2014 think again. The Bloody Beetroots just dropped a reworked version of the Grabbitz collab, and spoiler: the gloves are fully off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally landing on the 2025 EP \u2018Forever Part One,\u2019 the OG track was described by Rifo himself as the more reflective, restrained cut on the record \u2014 a moody DnB-meets-alt-rock slow burn carried by Grabbitz\u2019s unmistakable vocal depth. It was good. Really good. But apparently, Rifo had unfinished business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter Jacknife \u2014 the Australian bass producer who\u2019s made noise alongside the likes of Malaa, BIJOU, and Dr. Fresch \u2014 and suddenly I\u2019m Not Holy<\/em> has a whole new heartbeat. The rework doesn\u2019t mess with the DNA, it just cranks everything up: more pace, more punch, more dancefloor. The dance-punk-rock attitude is still front and center, but now it hits like a shot of espresso straight to the chest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t the first time Rifo and Jacknife have linked up either. The two previously teamed up on Jericho<\/em> (via Ti\u00ebsto\u2019s Musical Freedom label) and Free<\/em> from \u2019Forever Part One\u2019 \u2014 so this is a pairing that clearly works, and honestly, we want more of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Not Holy \u2013 Rework<\/a><\/em> is out now via Out Of Line Music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if you needed any more proof that The Bloody Beetroots are locked in right now \u2014 Rifo just played EDC Mexico and is heading to Ultra Miami on March 27, followed by Dreamland Festival in Puerto Rico the very next day. European summer isn\u2019t sleeping either, with confirmed slots at O Son do Cami\u00f1o in Spain and Boomtown Festival in the UK. The punk spirit that\u2019s been driving this project since 2005? Still very much alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
