Middle Class Rut (vocalist\/guitarist Zack Lopez and vocalist\/drummer Sean Stockham)\u00a0have revealed their new lyric video for the track Pick Up Your Head<\/em>, which is lifted from 2013’s album of the same name. Watch the lyrics video below that features two 80’s style fitness enthusiast sweat it out to the super catchy and addictive track.<\/p>\n

\"\"Mixed\u00a0by producer Dave Sardy (Johnny Cash, LCD Soundsystem), the album was produced by the duo working alone in the studio. \u201cWe wanted to have a distinct sound,\u201d Lopez says. \u201cInstead of jamming together, I\u2019d write a bass line or a vocal melody. Sean would lay down a tempo and we\u2019d write around that. For percussion, we\u2019d use whatever was laying around \u2013 pots and pans, an old desk\u2013 anything with a nice crack and ring to it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
