As posted previously on Culture Addicts, Japandroids will be releasing their new album titled, ‘Celebration Rock’ – read the original post here. The band have since moved the release date for ‘Celebration Rock’ from June 5 to May 29 via Polyvinyl Record Co. As well, due to aggressive ticket sales, the band’s June 23 show in Toronto has been moved from the Horseshoe Tavern to Lee’s Palace.
The band is offering up the first single off the album, The House That Heaven Built and the B-Side cover of Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds’ Jack The Ripper, will be available May 15 on 7″ vinyl. ‘Celebration Rock,’ featuring eight new tracks, will be available on CD/LP/Digital.
