About Lambrini Girls
With a cheeky nod to rock legends, Lambrini Girls from Brighton (Phoebe Lunny on vocals/guitar and Lilly Macieira on bass) serve up a cocktail of blunt-force punk, razor-sharp social commentary, and humor that cuts through the pretension. Known as one of the UK’s best live acts—drawing comparisons to Bikini Kill and Huggy Bear—they’ve shared stages with the likes of Gilla Band, Shame, and Iggy Pop.
After the success of their critically acclaimed 2023 EP “You’re Welcome,” which unleashed six incendiary tracks tackling issues from lad culture to transphobia, the duo raced against time to record ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’. Fueled by raw energy, boundless creativity, and, admittedly, a generous supply of booze, their debut album is a heartfelt, explosive manifesto that captures their live performance intensity.
The album is a whirlwind journey through punk anthems—whether it’s the biting commentary of Bad Apple or the raw, relatable punch of Company Culture—all wrapped in production that fuses chaotic brilliance with surprising melody. Blurring the lines between humor and anger, each track is a bold statement on modern life’s absurdities, inviting you to join in the rebellion.
Lambrini Girls don’t just make music; they create a movement—a visceral experience that’s equal parts incendiary and fun. So, turn up the volume, feel the rush, and get ready to be part of something truly unforgettable.
