NYC-based dream-pop duo Phantom Handshakes have shared No Better Plan, the first single lifted from their new album, ‘No More Summer Songs,’ coming on April 30th via Z Tapes.
The track premiered on For The Rabbits who said, “while there’s touchstones to the likes of Chorusgirl or Hazel English, ultimately Phantom Handshakes are plotting their own course, and sounding increasingly compelling doing it.”
The band adds that it’s, “about the consequences of pleasing someone else’s wishes at the expense of following your own dreams.”
