Manchester’s Ventrelles have shared their latest single Call Of The Morning. It’s the follow up to their melodic burst of a single County Lines. The track moves away from Ventrelles usual Soul heavy sound and gives us hints of fellow Manc Psych drenched pop makers Doves, with bits of Ride, Chapterhouse and The Cure. Watch the video clip for Call Of The Morning via YouTube below.

Call Of The Morning was produced by Dean Glover (Twisted Wheel/Shotty Horrah) and mastered by Pete Maher (Pixies, Rolling Stones, Paul Weller, Liam Gallagher).

“‘Call of the Morning’ sticks out in a music scape over obsessed with a throw away post-punk uniformity, shouty pop music school performers and mumble rappers and delivers a much needed, mesmerising and explosive cacophony of rich colourful sound and vision that again, the world needs.” – T Monaghan.
