Gorgeous and chiming, burnished and glowing, Rebirth unfurls slowly yet majestically, giving up its charms gradually. Anchored by lead singer Max Bloom’s beautifully assured vocals, it is at once intrinsically Yuck while at the same time hinting at the start of an exciting new chapter for the band.
Their second album will arrive later this year on Pharmacy Recording Co / Fat Possum. Produced by Chris Coady (Beach House, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV On the Radio), it is bound to be one of the most treasured new albums of the year. Read more about the making of the album over at SPIN.
