Starvox Entertainment has announced the force will be with Star Wars fans on stage this spring with the One-Man Star Wars® Trilogy show, written and performed solely by comedian and actor Charles Ross. The production will be on stage from Thursday, April 28 through Sunday, May 1 at the Bluma Appel Theatre (27 Front St. E.) in Toronto. Tickets are on sale now at ticketmaster.ca.

The One-Man Star Wars Trilogy is a comedic performance based on the original Star Wars films – Star Wars: A New HopeEmpire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

One-Man Star Wars Trilogy will offer patrons an intergalactic adventure in a theatre setting,” said Corey Ross, president of Starvox Entertainment. “The show pays tribute to a cultural phenomenon that has great appeal to fans both young and old, and we are excited to bring this show to Toronto audiences.”

Much of Charles Ross’ childhood was spent in a galaxy far, far away, watching Star Wars videos over and over again. Ross confesses to having seen Star Wars: A New Hope more than 400 times while growing up.

The result of this ‘misspent’ youth is the creation of his hilarious One-Man Star Wars Trilogy show, where Ross single-handedly plays all the characters with spot-on voice impressions, sings the music, flies the ships, fights the battles and condenses the plots of the three films into one hilarious production.

Tickets to One-Man Star Wars Trilogy range in price from $39.95 to $79.95 and are on sale now at ticketmaster.ca or by phone at 1-855-985-5000.April 28 and 29 shows are at 8 p.m., April 30 shows are at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and May 1 shows are at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
