The Sheffield based bass/drums/vocals two-piece have been part of the local doom scene in Sheffield, UK for about a year and now have their eye on spreading their music further. James and Michael previously collaborated in naisian whose debut album, ‘Mammalian,’ was critically acclaimed receiving a 9/10 rating in Rock Sound magazine. James also plays in Awooga who have recently spent time touring Europe with Amplifier and meeting the guy from Faust.
‘MINIMUM EFFORT / MAXIMUM VOLUME’ is due out on Friday December 4th as a high quality CD-r release via new label CRTN DTH. CRTN DTH is a label founded by Sheffield’s Tye Die Tapes and it’s first release ‘Softcore’ by pjaro sold out in less than 2 weeks.
