Brooklyn trio BOYTOY premiered their third single, Runner, which is lifted from their upcoming, self-titled, debut EP. This track is riff heavy with a bunch of “yeahs” and sugary sweet vocals dropped nicely in place to contrast the guitar hooks. Take a listen to Runner via Soundcloud below.
BOYTOY have been a band for only a year, but they’ve already acquired a strong following in their home town, hit SXSW in March, and spent April doing a weekly residency. The band celebrate they May 13th release of “BOYTOY” with a Brooklyn performance on May 23rd, hit Northside Festival in June, and then tour across the U.S. in July & August.
