Canadian Music Week (CMW) has announced more headliners for this year’s festival including Canadian indie-pop duo Tegan and Sara, former Fader cover star Skepta, Toronto’s Dilly Dally, Montreal shoe-gaze outfit No Joy, and David Bowie’s longtime producer Tony Visconti, will lead his band Holy Holy.
