Bratmobile are hitting the road—and it’s gonna be a riot (grrrl)

Punk is alive, well, and screaming loud as hell—because Bratmobile are back on tour this summer, ready to crank up the volume, bring the joy, and tear up stages across North America once again.

After shaking things up with a wildly triumphant reunion at Mosswood Meltdown 2023, Bratmobile are back in full force. That show marked their first live performance in over two decades—and fans and critics alike freaked out in the best way possible. They hit Pitchfork Fest, Punk Rock Bowling, and other spots, bringing feminist fire and raw punk energy to a whole new generation of fans.

Now, they’re ready to take that raucous live show on the road again. Expect sweaty dance pits, big feelings, and a reminder of why Bratmobile were (and still are) a crucial voice in the riot grrrl movement. Whether you were there in the ‘90s or just found them on a playlist last week, their message hits just as hard today.

Why It Still Matters

Bratmobile was born in a time of political unrest—and, well, here we are again. Their music is still a rallying cry, but now it’s also a celebration. This tour is all about making space for joy, connection, and using your voice. They’re bringing that energy to all-ages crowds—yep, bring the kids!—and showing that punk can grow up without losing its edge.

Bratmobile recently teamed up with Kill Rock Stars to drop remastered reissues of ‘Ladies, Women and Girls’ (2000) and ‘Girls Get Busy’ (2002). Both are out now on vinyl and CD—so go snag ‘em while you can.
